We purchased a frameless shower door installation through Home Depot because we believed Home Depot would stand behind the project and provide support if issues arose. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The installation was subcontracted to a third-party installer, and the project ultimately required multiple installation attempts, replacement of the glass door, additional modifications, and months of effort before the shower stopped leaking. What was most disappointing was Home Depot's lack of involvement throughout the process. As the customer, I paid Home Depot for the project, so when problems developed, I repeatedly contacted the Home Depot Custom Order Specialist to keep her informed and seek assistance. Each time, I was simply referred back to the subcontractor. I explained that I understood the subcontractor was performing the work, but my agreement and payment were with Home Depot. Despite multiple conversations over several months, Home Depot never took ownership of the issue, never provided meaningful assistance, never followed up on the status of the project, and never advocated on our behalf. Eventually, the leakage was stopped, but only after replacement

I came in the store at the last min looking for a putty knife & (Other things) and wanted a certain size (Doing projects I have never done in my life). An employee named Keith went way beyond and helped me get what I was looking for and also made me feel comfortable. I left with confidence with my things I got. 10+ star for Keith. Very awesome, kind person. You don't meet alot of them but he sure was one π€

First of all Home Depot is such a nice store, everything is very organized. I donβt know a whole lot about construction or things related to the materials in Home Depot π but I had to go get some nails and a short plank of wood. I was able to find it relatively quickly, and the prices were great! I do wish that there were more staff members out that I could ask for assistance in finding what I needed. Besides that, lovely store!

The Negative:( minus a point) is because the manager (11/2025) came up to me and said in a concerned way:β Can I help youβ?, basically implying I was either illegally taking photos of store displays, or that I had shoplifted something. I told him that I was a Google βLocal Guide, Level 8β, and I took photos to upload to the Home Depot's site, as I made a good review. Just check out my pics! They promote sales and a great image. They are unique/creative. I almost told him:β Sir, is there a problemβ? βDo you want to check my pocketsβ? The positive: Great location, off the Interstate. Clean store. The Christmas flower display is amazing! (see the pics).
